1.What if my vehicle model is not on the product listing page?

2.What is a VIN and where can I find it?
The VIN, Vehicle Identification Number, is a unique serial number located on your vehicle. This 17-digit number encodes information like the country of origin, the year it was built, the engine size and other types of information. All vehicles on the road today will have the VIN located on the driver's side dash, visible through the lower windshield outside the vehicle. If this tag is blocked or not visible, you can also find this number on your vehicle's registration.
3.What is the production date of my vehicle and where can I find it?
You can usually find the production date on a sticker in the door jamb of the driver's door. If the vehicle has been repainted or the tag has fallen off, your local dealership should be able to provide this info with the help of your VIN.
4.Are your auto parts new?
Yes! All of our parts are brand new. They will function and fit just like your original parts did, and maybe even better!
5.Will this part fit my vehicle?
All of our parts are guaranteed to fit the specific vehicle listed. You can verify compatibility by entering the year, make, model in the left of search bar and checking the note(s) on the down side of product page.
Shipping policy
1.what is your shipping policy?
We offer free shipping on all orders within the continental United States. Expedited shipping requires an additional fee.For orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada, any taxes, duties, or customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
2.Where are the items been shipped from?
We have several warehouses across U.S., therefore, most of our products will be shipped from our local warehouse to clients directly.
3.How long does the order take to me?
We process orders within 1-2 business days (in most cases, orders placed on business days will be processed within 24 hours). Depending on the location, U.S. orders will arrive 3-5 business days after the order is placed. Canadian orders usually arrive within 7-11 days.if a delay occurs, please contact us.

1.How can I track my order?
If you have not yet received a confirmation email, please email us at laienguolv@outlook.com so we can address any issues as soon as possible. If you received a confirmation email but not a shipping email, your order is still being processed. If you need further information, feel free to email us at laienguolv@outlook.com, and we'll be happy to check on your order. Please include your order number in the email.
For tracking information, it will be included in your shipping email. Please check the tracking number or the latest update first. Like you, once your shipment leaves our warehouse, focusfilter is at the mercy of the shipping company. If there’s an issue with shipping, we are happy to work with you to locate your order and provide any assistance we can. 2.Why haven’t i received a confirmation email?

3.Can i get discount if i want to order in large quantities?
Yes, we offer certain discounts to wholesalers and auto repair shops.
4.Can I ship my order to a different address than the one registered?
Yes. During the checkout process, you should have the option to enter a different shipping address. If you encounter any difficulties, you can reach out to our customer service team for assistance in updating your shipping address.
Returns policy
1.What is your return policy?
For cancellation, the order can be canceled only before the item is shipped, and a full refund will be issued in such cases.Please note, the refund can go back to your original method/account of payment only.
If your items are in the following conditions, it’s eligible for return within 30 days after purchasing:
①Part received was defective
②Part received was incorrect
③Part received was damaged
④Part received was unfit for your car caused of the wrong item description
⑤Part you no longer needed
⑥Part you purchased by mistake.
Focusfilter will be responsible for the return shipping costs under all conditions above, please make sure the parts shipped back are unused and in their original condition, with all items and components in the original package.
